Residents have their own living space while also having access to shared areas and community resources. This provides a balance of privacy, safety, and connection.
Important: HomeSafe is Referral-Based
HomeSafe Santa Clara does not accept applications directly from the general public.
A referral from an approved service provider or partner agency is required to apply.
